The Oklahoma Commission on Marginally Producing Oil & Gas Wells is looking for a new Public Information Officer.

Qualifications include: Requires knowledge and understanding of the Agency's purpose and familiarity with the rules and regulations of Oklahoma law which governs its employees, PC literacy, Microsoft software expertise including Publisher, bookkeeping and basic accounting skills, excellent communication skills, and able to work closely with people. Duties Include: Greet public and answer phones as relief for administrative assistant, administer operations in absence of the administrative assistant, maintain MWC website, updating the calendar of events etc., program and maintain agency cellular phones and laptops, will be responsible for all advance preparations including meeting facilities, catering and arrangement for audio/visual requirements for all workshops and roundtables after dates are set by the PAO, responsible for all email blasts and mail outs of agency events (Expo, MCDOC, workshops, advisory council and commissioner meeting, long range planning conference),input all received Workshop/Expo checks into the date base. Compose, prepare, distribute and maintain all newsletters, maintain the mailing list for all workshops and the trade expo, maintain current list of all agency contact (mailing addresses and email lists), Maintain commission and archives and history, taking minutes during all meetings.
