David Moore
Mr. Moore is the President and joint owner of Latigo Drilling Corporation. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology. He is a member of the Oklahoma City Geological Society, the Ardmore Geological Society, and the Southern Oklahoma Association of Petroleum Landmen. Latigo Drilling Corporation owned and operated 2 drilling rigs in southern Oklahoma for several years. The rigs have been sold and now Latigo Drilling Corporation operates marginal wells in 6 southern Oklahoma counties. |

David Guest
Mr. Guest is a native Oklahoman and a member of NARO since 1986. He has served three years on the Board of Directors for NARO and the NARO Foundation. He has also served as OK-NARO treasurer for three years. He attended the University of Oklahoma majoring in Petroleum Land Management. He has experience as both an independent oil and gas producer and as a Certified Minerals Manager. Mr. Guest also manages real estate holdings for trust entities. Mr. Guest professional memberships include the American Association of Petroleum Landmen, Association of Petroleum Geologists including the Energy Minerals Division, National Association of Lease Title Analysts, National Association of Division Order Analysts, the Capitol Association of Division Order Analysts, and Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association. Mr. Guest is an operator in OCC District 1 and 2. |

Mr. Williford is the Owner and Manager of Williford Resources, L.L.C., an independent oil and gas exploration and production company located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering. Mr. Williford is currently a member of Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association (OIPA), Independent Petroleum Association of American (IPAA), Society of Petroleum Engineers and the Tulsa Geological Society. Mr. Williford represents the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association (OIPA). |

James Beyl
Mr. Beyl is the Production Engineer and Superintendent for Perkins Energy Company located in Duncan, Oklahoma. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Technology. Mr. Beyl has been a leader of the Boy Scouts for ten years, and a United Way Volunteer. James is currently an advisor to the Oklahoma Corporation Commission and past president of the Oklahoma Elks Association. Mr. Beyl represents the Oklahoma Corporation Commission's District #2. |

Paul L. Bruce
Mr. Bruce joined AMVEST Osage, Inc. as President in 2001, becoming the Project Manager of the CBM Development Project initiated by AMVEST. Mr. Bruce has directed AMVEST's efforts in drilling and completing more than 350 wells, and in making AMVEST the largest gas producer in Osage County. Mr. Bruce graduated from the University of Texas with a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering and started his career as a Petroleum Engineer by joining Humble Oil & Refining Co. (Exxon). Mr. Bruce represents Osage County. |

Charles B. "Chuck" Davis
Chuck Davis is an Attorney with a law practice that emphasizes oil and gas and related areas of law. He is the past President of the Oklahoma Mineral Owners Association (OMOA), a former Administrative Law Judge at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, and a member of the Oklahoma City Society of Mineral Lawyers. Mr. Davis received his J.D. in 1973 from the University of Oklahoma and his B.S. degree in 1964 from Oklahoma State University. Mr. Davis represents the Oklahoma Mineral Owners Association. |

Thomas F. Dunlap
Mr. Dunlap is President and Chief Executive Officer of Tripledee Drilling Company. Mr. Dunlap is currently a member of the Ardmore Geological Society, the Southern Oklahoma Association of Petroleum Landmen, Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association, the Independent Petroleum Association of America, and the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Mr. Dunlap graduated from the University of California with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering from University of Oklahoma. Mr. Dunlap represents OCC District #4. |

Bill Gifford
Mr. Gifford is Vice President, East Mid-Continent Region, of Duke Energy Field Services LP which is owned by Duke Energy Corporation and ConocoPhillips. He has held various positions with Duke Energy Field Services LP or one of its predecessor companies within Duke Energy Corporation since 1981, including responsibility for Oklahoma gas purchase, gathering, conditioning and transportation operations for 17 years. Mr. Gifford is a native of Kansas and received a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kansas in 1982. |
