| School Security Seminar |
| Description: |
| This 16-hour seminar is provided by Oklahoma Office of Homeland Security personnel at no cost and covers a wide variety of topics with school officials including the importance of developing updating and exercising an emergency response plan. Additionally, the seminar includes instruction for school officials on how to conduct a security survey to help identify and correct any potential security gaps. Local law enforcement are asked to attend in conjunction with school officials from the jurisdictions they represent in order to facilitate coordination in the event of an emergency. This seminar is CLEET-Accredited. |
