There are 8 Agriculture Response Units strategically located across the state:

$80,000 per unit

Description:

Local teams will operate the Agriculture Response Units during an animal or plant disease outbreak and/or other agriculture emergency to disinfect equipment.

Capabilities:

• Disinfecting of contaminated equipment from a animal or plant disease outbreak
• Decontamination of equipment used in a Hazardous Materials incident
• Rehabilitation shelter for first responders

Team:

 6 team members (at a minimum) 

•     A minimum of 6 team members trained in Agriculture Response and biological agents
