DHS Awards $194 Million to States for Emergency Management Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management to receive more than $2.8 million 2/27/07 The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has released $194 million to help states and local governments prepare and implement emergency management activities through the Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG) program.
