THREAT LEVEL RAISED TO ORANGE FOR CERTAIN SECTORS Oklahoma City ? Gov. Brad Henry today raised the Oklahoma Homeland Security Threat Level from Elevated Condition ("Yellow") to High Condition ("Orange") for certain sectors. This decision comes in the wake of the terrorist attacks in London this morning and in consultation with U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff and Oklahoma Homeland Security Director Kerry Pettingill.  more
