The Jurisdiction's POC can keep records in any format they choose so long as proof of training can be obtained.
Individual students and/or Department or Agency Supervisors can verify responder training submitting an Emergency Management Institute (EMI) Transcript Request.
Individuals who lost their NIMS Training Certificate can also call the following number to request a replacement: 301-447-1200.
