Enter the Web address for ROVER in the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) field on your browser window. Click Go to the right of where you entered the address or press the Enter key on your keyboard. The Welcome page appears.” Curser moves to URL, web site address is typed. Curser moves to the Go To button and clicks it. The ROVER Welcome Page appears. “You can type the Web address manually each time you want to access ROVER. However, after accessing ROVER for the first time, you can use one of the following shortcut methods.” “You can establish a direct shortcut to ROVER on your computer's desktop. Begin by Right Clicking anywhere on the Welcome page.” Curser moves to a blank spot on the page and right-clicks. A dialogue box appears. “When the dialogue box opens, click Create Shortcut.” Curser moves to Create Shortcut in the dialogue box and clicks it. An Internet Explorer dialogue box appears with a Yes button and a No button. “Click Yes button.” Curser moves to Yes button and clicks it. Dialogue box closes. “Let’s close ROVER and go back to the desktop.” Curser moves to red Close button in the far top right corner and clicks it. Screen returns to Desktop. “Double click the ROVER shortcut icon that is now on your desktop.” Curser moves to ROVER shortcut icon and clicks it. Screen goes to Internet home page. “Click on the drop-down arrow for the URL field.” Curser moves to drop-down arrow on the URL field and clicks it. You can now select it and go to ROVER.” “Please be aware that if you erase your web history all of the addresses in this drop-down list will go away until such time as you visit those web sites again.” Curser moves to the ROVER Welcome Page web address in the list and clicks it. Screen goes to the ROVER Welcome Page. “The final shortcut method is to "bookmark" ROVER. Begin by clicking on Favorites.” Curser moves to Favorites on the Command Bar and clicks it. The list of favorites appears. “Click Add to Favorites.” Curser moves to Add to Favorites and clicks it. The Add a Favorite dialogue box opens. “You can either accept the default name or you can enter a name of your own choosing. When finished, click Add.” Curser moves to the Add button and clicks it.
