Region 1 Northwest
Alfalfa, Beaver, Beckham, Blaine, Cimarron, Custer, Dewey, Ellis, Garfield, Grant, Harper, Kingfisher, Major, Roger Mills, Texas, Washita, Woods and Woodward counties

Region 2 Northeast
Craig, Delaware, Kay, Mayes, Noble, Nowata, Osage, Ottawa, Pawnee, Payne, Rogers and Washington counties

Region 3 Southwest
Caddo, Carter, Comanche, Cotton, Garvin, Grady, Greer, Harmon, Jackson, Jefferson, Johnston, Kiowa, Love, Murray, Pontotoc, Stephens and Tillman counties

Region 4 East Central
Adair, Cherokee, Creek, Haskell, McIntosh, Muskogee, Okmulgee, Sequoyah and Wagoner counties

Region 5 Southeast
Atoka, Bryan, Choctaw, Coal, Hughes, Latimer, Le Flore, Marshall, McCurtain, Okfuskee, Pittsburg, Pushmataha and Seminole counties

Region 6 Central
Canadian (does not include Yukon), Cleveland (does not include Moore & Norman), Lincoln, Logan, McClain and Pottawatomie counties
