The QIES Help Desk is available to anyone who needs assistance with the OASIS process.  Individuals from Quality Improvement and Evaluation Service (QIES) manage and staff the Help Desk and are ready to provide users with prompt, knowledgeable, professional and courteous support services.  QIES staff are available to answer questions or concerns about the technical or clinical areas of the OASIS instrument or reports generated by the OASIS system and will work with users to identify other appropriate resources if needed.
