Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How long will it take to receive my new verification cards?
A: The PCL Division processes renewal materials on a daily basis. However, the Oklahoma State Department of Health experiences an increase in the amount of mail received during the month of December. This influx creates delays in the processing of our mail. In order to avoid delays, please submit your renewal materials as early as possible.
