Acts and Regulations:

On July 25, 2010 rule amendments became effective for Chapters 405 - Licensed Professional Counselors, 400 - Licensed Marital and Family Therapists, 403 - Licensed Behavioral Practitioners and 406 – Licensed Genetic Counselors. 

If you are an LPC, LMFT, LBP, LGC Licensee/Candidate/Applicant, it is your legal responsibility to comply with these requirements and your failure to do so can lead to disciplinary action against you in the form of denial, suspension or revocation of licensure as well as an administrative penalty of up to $10,000.

A: No. Only changes in the formatting occur.
