In order to maintain your status as an LPC approved supervisor, you must complete three (3) hours of continuing education in counseling supervision each renewal period and maintain a current license. If you do not complete the requirement annually and you wish to renew your approved supervisor status, you are required to complete and submit the hours for the years you missed.
In order to renew your approved supervisor status, you must document your continuing education on a continuing education roster for approved supervisors. You may download that form by clicking on the link below:
Licensed Marital and Family Therapist:
If you are an LMFT approved supervisor you must complete three (3) hours of continuing education in therapy supervision and submit a continuing education roster for the renewal of your LMFT approved supervisor status every three (3) years.
