Take Charge! Program Announces Clinics During June
Offers No Cost Clinical Breast Exams and Cervical Screening

No cost breast examinations, mammograms and Pap tests continue to be available through the Take Charge! Program at several locations in northeastern Oklahoma.

To qualify for services, a woman must be between the ages of 50 to 64; have a low income; not be covered by Medicaid, Medicare, or other insurance; or have a high, unmet deductible.

Northeastern Oklahoma Take Charge Program! clinics in June include the following:

This program is offered through a partnership between the OU College of Nursing and the Take Charge! Program, Chronic Disease Service, Oklahoma State Department of Health.
