Take Charge! Program Announces June Clinic
No cost breast examinations, mammograms and Pap tests will be available through the Take Charge! Program at the Jackson County Health Department, located at 401 W. Tamarac Road, Altus, on Wednesday, June 21.
To qualify for services, a woman must be between the ages of 50 to 64; have a low income; not be covered by Medicaid, Medicare, or other insurance; or have a high, unmet deductible.

This program is offered through a partnership between the Jackson County Health Department, the OU College of Nursing and the Take Charge! Program, Chronic Disease Service, Oklahoma State Department of Health.
