Take Charge! Program Announces Clinics During June
Offers No Cost Clinical Breast Exams and Cervical Screening

No cost breast examinations, mammograms and Pap tests continue to be available through the Take Charge! Program at several locations in the Oklahoma City area.
To qualify for services, a woman must be between the ages of 50 to 64; have a low income; not be covered by Medicaid, Medicare, or other insurance; or have a high, unmet deductible.

Oklahoma City Take Charge Program! clinics in June include the following:

• June 7 – ROC Medical Center, 7710 NW 10, call 405-440-9994
• June 9 and 15 – Clinica de la Mujer Latina, 420 SW 10, call 405-706-5476
• June 19 – Baptist Community Clinic (Olivet Baptist Church), 1201 NW 10, call 405-271-2124
• June 27 – Crossing Community Clinic, 3601 N. May, call 405-948-0178
• OU Family Medicine Center, 900 NE 10th Green Clinic, 405-271-4311. (No specific clinic date. Call for appointment.)

This program is offered through a partnership between the OU College of Nursing, OU Family Medicine Center, and the Take Charge! Program, Chronic Disease Service, Oklahoma State Department of Health.
