Take Charge! Program
Offers No Cost Clinical Breast Exams and Cervical Screening

No cost breast examinations, mammograms and Pap tests are now available through the Take Charge! Program at the Southwest Medical Clinic located at 125 N. Broadway in Hobart.

To qualify for services, a woman must be between the ages of 50 to 64; have a low income; not be covered by Medicaid, Medicare, or other insurance; or have a high, unmet deductible.

To find out if you are eligible, or to schedule an appointment, call the clinic at 580-726-5653, or call 1-800-4 CANCER. Clinic hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to noon.

This program is offered through a partnership between Dr. Craig Moore’s office and the Take Charge! Program, Chronic Disease Service, Oklahoma State Department of Health.
