Take Charge! Program
Offers No Cost Clinical Breast Exams and Cervical Screening

No cost breast examinations, mammograms and Pap tests are now available through the Take Charge! Program at two new Lawton locations.

To qualify for services, a woman must be between the ages of 50 to 64; have a low income; not be covered by Medicaid, Medicare, or other insurance; or have a high, unmet deductible.

To find out if you are eligible or to schedule an appointment, call any of the following clinics or call 1-800-4 CANCER.

• Southwest Oklahoma Family Medicine Clinic, 1202 NW Arlington, 580-248-2288

This program is offered through a partnership with the Take Charge! Program, Chronic Disease Service, Oklahoma State Department of Health.
