Take Charge! Program
Offers No Cost Clinical Breast Exams and Cervical Screening

No cost breast examinations, mammograms and Pap tests are now available through the Take Charge! Program at several locations in the Oklahoma City area.

To qualify for services, a woman must be between the ages of 50 to 64; have a low income; not be covered by Medicaid, Medicare, or other insurance; or have a high, unmet deductible.

To find out if you are eligible or to schedule an appointment, call any of the following clinics or call 1-800-4 CANCER. Call the clinic location nearest you for more information or to schedule an appointment.

This program is offered through a partnership between the OU College of Nursing, OU Family Medicine Center, and the Take Charge! Program, Chronic Disease Service, Oklahoma State Department of Health.
