FOR RELEASE: February 28, 2006 Take Charge! Program The Woodward County Health Department, located at 1631 Texas Ave, Woodward, is having a Take Charge! clinic on Friday, March 10. Women who qualify for the Take Charge! Program will receive no cost clinical breast exams, PAP smears, and a coupon for a mammogram. The clinic will be held on March 10, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. To schedule your appointment at the clinic, call 584-1111. In addition to the clinic on March 10, regular clinics are scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. every Wednesday. This program is offered through a partnership between the Thomas Family Medicine Center and the Take Charge! Program, Chronic Disease Service, Oklahoma State Department of Health.
