Take Charge! Program
Offers No Cost Clinical Breast Exams and Cervical Screening

The Neighbors Along the Line Clinic, located at 5000 Charles Page Blvd., Tulsa, is having a Take Charge! clinic on Tuesday, March 21. Women who qualify for the Take Charge! Program will receive no cost clinical breast exams, Pap smears, and a coupon for a mammogram. The clinic will be held on March 21 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. To schedule your appointment at the clinic, call 918-584-1111.

In order to qualify for services, a woman must meet the following guidelines:

• low income; and
• not covered by insurance or a high unmet deductible; and
• not covered by Medicaid or Medicare, and
• between the ages of 50-64.

In addition to the clinic on March 21, other Take Charge! clinics are scheduled at this location from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month.

This program is offered through a partnership between the OU College of Nursing and the Take Charge! Program, Chronic Disease Service, Oklahoma State Department of Health.
