Flu Clinic Scheduled for Asian Community

The Asian Health Consortium will be presenting the Asian Health Fair and Flu Clinic on Saturday, Nov. 11, at Trinity International Baptist Church, 1329 Northwest 23rd St., Oklahoma City, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Several free health services will be offered including flu vaccinations, cholesterol screening, diabetes screening, blood pressure screening and other vital signs checks. Flu shots will be limited to the supply on hand.

The Asian Health Fair and Flu Clinic is made possible by support from the Oklahoma State Department of Health, Oklahoma County Immunization Coalition, nursing students from the Oklahoma City University Kramer School of Nursing and the University of Central Oklahoma, and volunteers from the Asian community.
