Take Charge! Program Opens New Health Screening Site
The Baptist Community Clinic (Olivet Baptist Church), located at 1201 NW 10th, Oklahoma City, announced today it will be offering no cost clinical breast exams, PAP smears, and a coupon for a mammogram to women who qualify for the Take Charge! Program. The first clinic will be held on Monday, Dec. 19, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. To schedule your appointment at the clinic, call 405-951-4804.

In addition to the clinic on Dec. 19, other Take Charge! clinics are scheduled from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the third Monday of the month.
This program is offered through a partnership between the OU College of Nursing and the Take Charge! Program, Chronic Disease Service, Oklahoma State Department of Health.
