FOR RELEASE: December 2 , 2005 Take Charge! Program Opens New Health Screening Site The Broken Arrow Neighbors Clinic, located at 322 W. Broadway, Broken Arrow, announced today it will be offering no cost clinical breast exams, PAP smears, and a coupon for a mammogram to women who qualify for the Take Charge! Program. The first clinic will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 6, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. To schedule your appointment at the clinic, call 918-251-7781. Additional clinic dates will be announced at a later date. In order to qualify for services, a woman must meet the following guidelines:
This program is offered through a partnership between the OU College of Nursing and the Take Charge! Program, Chronic Disease Service, Oklahoma State Department of Health.
