Directions:
The Office of Administrative Hearings and its courtroom are located within the Oklahoma State Department of Health building at 100 N.E. 10th street in Oklahoma City. This is at the corner of N.E. 10th and Kelly. It is south of the State Capitol and east of Lincoln Boulevard. It is on the south side of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences campus. Visitor parking is clearly marked.
The Oklahoma State Department of Health is a secure building. You are required to sign in upon entrance and obtain a visitor’s pass.  You may be asked for photo identification.
