Proposed Amendments to the Oklahoma State Athletic Commission Rules
The Office of Administrative Rules (OAR)is responsible for publishing The Oklahoma Administrative Code and The Oklahoma Register and implementing the provisions of Article 1 of the Administrative Procedures Act [75 O.S., Sections 250 et seq.]. The OAR maintains the official records of the state's rules and rulemaking notices, and provides assistance to approximately 150 regulatory agencies in the rulemaking process.

Comment Period
The comment period for the following chapter is February 1, 2010 through March 3, 2010. Interested persons may informally discuss the proposed rules with the contact person named below before March 3, 2010. Written comment may be submitted to the attention of the contact person and mailed to the Oklahoma State Athletic Commission, 1000 N.E. 10th Street, Room 1213, Oklahoma City, OK 73117-1207; or may at the hearing ask to present written or oral views.
Public Hearing (Follow this link for agenda)
Pursuant to 75 O.S. § 303 (A), the public hearing for the proposed rulemaking of the chapter listed below shall be on March 3, 2010 at the Oklahoma State Department of Health, 1000 N.E. 10th Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73117, in room 314 from 1:30 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. At the discretion of the presiding official, the meeting may continue beyond 5:00 p.m. if it is necessary to receive all comments from the public. Interested persons may attend for the purpose of submitting data, views or arguments, orally or in writing, about the rule proposal described and summarized in this Notice.
Requests For Comment From Business Entities
Business entities affected by these proposed rules are requested to provide the agency with information, in dollar amounts if possible, about the increase in level of direct costs, indirect costs, or other costs expected to be incurred by the business entity due to compliance with the proposed rules. Business entities may submit this information in writing before March 3, 2010, to the contact person named below.
