Request for Proposals

Please find below the Request For Proposals (RFP) for the Hospital Preparedness Program offered by the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH).

This RFP announces the availability of approximately $2,000,000.00 for emergency preparedness planning services to build new, or supplement existing capabilities in the following focus areas:

• Interoperable Communications
• Hospital Evacuation
• Fatality Management

The attached RFP details the process to be followed in preparing a proposal for submission for funding consideration.  Funding for this program is made available under a grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR), Office of Preparedness and Emergency Operations (OPEO), Division of National Healthcare Preparedness Program (DNHPP).  Under this program the State of Oklahoma has been awarded a cooperative agreement to make funding available to improve surge capacity and enhance community and hospital preparedness for public health emergencies.
