The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) provides detailed information about the EHR incentive programs at The Official Web Site for the Medicare and Medicaid Electronic Health Records (EHR) Incentive Programs

The Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) provides information about the Oklahoma Electronic Health Record Incentive Program.

OFMQ serves as the Regional Extension Center (REC) for the state of Oklahoma through a federal grant program to assist physician practices and small hospitals in achieving meaningful use of electronic health records. Information about their services is available through the Oklahoma Regional Extension Center website.
