Request for Grant Proposal (RFGP)

Please find below a Request for Grants Proposal (RFGP) for the Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP) offered by the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) for Hospital Healthcare Organizations.

This RFGP announces the availability of $1,742,703.00 for emergency preparedness planning services to pay multiple Applicants’ for the period of date of award through June 30, 2013.  The amount shall be divided between qualified Hospital Healthcare Organizations and other non-Hospital Healthcare Organizations through two separate RFPG announcements.

The attached RFGP details the process to be followed in preparing a proposal for submission for funding consideration. Funding for this program is made available under a grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS), Office of Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) to improve the nation’s public health and medical preparedness and response capabilities for emergencies, whether deliberate, accidental or natural.

The RFGP for the Hospital Healthcare Organizations closed on September 12, 2012.
