Request for Grant Proposal


Please find below the Request For Grant Proposal (RFGP) for the Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP) offered by the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH).


This RFGP announces the availability of $1,620,962.00 for emergency preparedness planning services to build new, or refine and maintain existing capabilities in the following areas:
 

  • Overarching Requirements
    • NIMS Compliance
  • Tier I
    • Interpretable Communications
    • Bed Tracking
    • Hospital Evacuation/Shelter In Place
    • Fatality Management
    • Partnership and Coalition
  • Tier II
    • Alternate Care Sites
    • Pharmaceutical Caches
    • Personal Protective Equipment
    • Decontamination

 

The attached RFGP details the process to be followed in preparing a proposal for submission for funding consideration.  Funding for this program is made available under a grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR), Office of Preparedness and Emergency Operations (OPEO), Division of National Healthcare Preparedness Program (DNHPP).  Under this program the State of Oklahoma has been awarded a cooperative agreement to make funding available to improve surge capacity and enhance community and hospital preparedness for public health emergencies.
