Senior Advisory Committee

The Senior Advisory Committee (SAC) is comprised of leaders and senior staff from the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) and multiple external partner agencies.  This membership is the recommending advisory body for the administration of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Health and Human Services grants.  They have the authority to make recommendations, change direction of funding, monitor progress on critical benchmarks, and assist in accomplishing the goals of these grants.  As of the 2007 grant year, this committee expanded to include the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) grant.

Committee meetings are held quarterly throughout the year and address progress reports, training, round table discussions and proposed changes.
