Q: How much screen-time should I be getting?
A: Children under the age of 2 years = none. Everyone else, less than 2 hours a day. Q: Does the screen-time I get at work count? A: No. However, if you have a desk job, try to take periodic breaks away from your computer screen.
The average American household is comprised of 2.55 individuals and 2.73 televisions.
The average American watches 4 hours and 35 minutes of television each day. One in four children under the age of 2 has a TV in his or her bedroom. |
