Diabetes Prevention and Control Program (DPCP)

The Oklahoma DPCP is a population-based, public health program that includes designing, implementing, and evaluating public health prevention and control strategies that improve access to and quality of care for all and reach communities most impacted by the burden of diabetes.

The main emphasis of efforts for activities is health systems, health communications, and community interventions.
