- Health Care Information The Oklahoma Health Care Information System (HCI) is responsible for the development and operation of a method for collecting, processing and disseminating health care data including Vital Statistics, Hospital Discharge and Outpatient/ASC Surgery , and Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System Data. HCI and other agency data are disseminated through OK2SHARE, Reports, and a Geographic Information System (GIS).
- OK2SHARE iis a web-based data query system containing data that supports the information needs of the Oklahoma State Department of Health and other data users. OK2SHARE contains data from Vital Statistics, Hospitals and ASCs, Health Surveys, and Health Registries as well as links to external data sources.

- MDS 2.0 Current Resident Information Report - The MDS 2.0 Current Resident Reports summarize publicly reported information for individuals residing in nursing homes during the report period. The source of this data is the resident's Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessment record that is stored in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) National Repository. The MDS assessment information for each active nursing home resident represents a composite of items taken from the most recent comprehensive, full, quarterly, PPS, and admission assessments. - MDS 2.0 Section I Reports - The MDS 2.0 Section I reports summarize diagnoses data for individuals admitted to nursing facilities during the report period. The source of this data is the resident's Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessment record that is stored in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) National Repository.
