Reports The following report contains results of the needs assessment conducted during 2009 within OSDH and with external partners to determine current data uses, what data are desired, software uses and needs, software training needs, and next steps in managing information within OSDH. OSDH Informatics Needs Assessment: Report of Findings and Recommendations (PDF, 1.3 MB) The following reports contain information about public health in Oklahoma: NEW: HCI Data Brief Births to Unmarried Women in Oklahoma, 2007 (PDF, 1.1 MB) Facts and Figures: Inpatient Hospitalizations in Oklahoma 2006 (PDF, 2.6 MB) contains information about hospital stays, charges, diagnoses and patient demographics. Vital Statistics Data and Reports includes links to birth and death data, a report containing marriage and divorce statistics, the annual vital records reports and national health statistics. The Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) Reports include a variety of special topic reports using data from the Oklahoma BRFSS. The Induced Termination of Pregnancy Reports contain abortion surveillance data.

Tactical Plan In 2011, OSDH collaborated with the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) to review options for interoperability. A contractor for OHCA completed a Tactical Plan that included an "as is" section and a "to be" section that included three options for OSDH. |
