Vital Statistics Data and Reports

Vital Statistics Data and Reports includes links to birth and death data, a report containing marriage and divorce statistics, the annual vital records reports and national health statistics. 

Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) Reports 

The Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) Reports include a variety of special topic reports using data from the Oklahoma BRFSS. 

County Health Profile

The County Health Profile report contains data about general demographics, vital statistics, behavioral risk factors, hospital discharges, health surveillance and county health department services by county and statewide.

County Health Profile Maps

The County Health Profile Maps are a geographic representation by county of the data contained in the County Health Profile.  The maps are displayed in two color schemes: six topic-specific color schemes for topic distinction and a yellow-to-blue color scheme standard across all topics for use in presentations.
