Hospital Discharge & Outpatient Surgery Data Training

The trainings are designed to provide hospital personnel with instructions regarding the data requirements as well as the website submission and the error checking process for the inpatient and hospital-based outpatient surgery data submissions. 

Data submission manuals are a complete resource for submission requirements. Manuals also include information related to the Divisions comprehensive data editing and quality checking process.
