The PUDF Application Kit includes the Oklahoma Discharge PUDF Order Form. A new fee structure was approved during the 2010 legislative session.  The new fees went into effect July 26, 2010 and can be found in the PUDF Application Kit.  To order data, please complete the Discharge Public Use Data File (PUDF) Application Kit.
