Clinic Schedule:

 Woods county Health Department is a "walk in" clinic for the majority of our services. You do not need an appointment for all services.

"Walk in" services include:

WIC Certification and Recertification
Food Instrument pick ups
Chronic Disease: blood pressure, blood sugar checks, and paps
Immunizations
Child Health
Family Planning pregnancy tests and contraceptive follow ups
Pill refills
Head lice checks

Walk In Clinic Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday  8 a.m.-11 a.m. and 1 p.m.-4 p.m.
Friday (mornings only)             8 a.m.-11 a.m.

Thursday                                 Family Planning services only

Family Planning Annual Exams:

By appointment only each week on Thursday.  You must call ahead to make an appointment
Refills for birth control are walk in.

If you are driving from out of town, please call ahead to verify that nurses are in the clinic and not at a training before driving to Alva.
