2011 Flu Clinic 

Flu vaccine is available at the County Health Department  beginning in October.  There will be a $25.00 charge for the vaccine this year. 

Those with private insurance and resources to pay will be assessed the fee, with the exception of persons enrolled in Health Choice insurance.  In addition to Health Choice subscribers, no fee will be assessed for persons who are over 65, on Medicare, who are on Sooner Care (Medicaid), and for those children who are eligible for the Vaccine for Children Program.  Others may be eligible for fee waivers based on income.  The Health Department will accept cash, check, and credit cards for payment.  Call for an appointment to receive your flu vaccination.
