Consumer Protection

The Consumer Protection Division in Grant County is separated into five programs:

• Food
• Lodging
• Public Bathing
• Barber Shops
• Rabies Prevention

The Food program provides on-site regulatory inspections of retail food establishments, health and institutional facilities, mobile food vending, and temporary food events. They also provide review of future food establishments and food safety training. To review the results of past inspections, check out the Oklahoma Food Service Establishment database

Regulatory inspections and consultation are also provided for Lodging, Public Bathing, and Barber Shops.

The Rabies Prevention program provides consultation and enforcement to the public on the rabies disease.
