Rash and Head Checks

Purpose

Provide nursing advice related to rash differentiation and head lice control.

Services

Visual examination of area based on symptoms.  Staff is not able to treat either head lice or rashes.  No medication is provided from the health department.  Staff is able to provide referrals as indicated.

Enrollment Criteria

Anyone is eligible for services.

Hours

Provider is not always available.  Please call (580) 875-6121 to make sure nurse is available before coming to clinic.  

Hours 8:00 to 11:30 and 1:00 to 4:30.

How to Make an Appointment

Rash checks and head lice checks are available daily - no appointment is necessary.
