What do we know?

Despite the well documented disparities in health status and health care, studies have demonstrated that the general public is uninformed about the nature and degree of health disparities.  To assess Oklahoma's perception of racial and ethnic differences in health care, the Office of Minority Health conducts community health chats engaging communities in dialogue, to increase the public's awareness that differences exist and that with communities help we can address and reduce health disparities.
