The Faith-Based Health Enhancement Initiative

Included with HERO is the Faith-Based Health Enhancement Initiative - a program that provides health information to faith-based organizations and encourages their participation in various discussions to address how we can achieve health equity.   

Through partnerships with the faith-based communities we will assist you in:

• Identifying the needs of the community
• Implementing programs for the needs of the community
• Participating in health improvement initiatives
• Linking your facility with other faith-based partners to share ideas and develop funding streams
• Partnering with area resources
