The Faith-Based Health Enhancement Initiative
Included with HERO is the Faith-Based Health Enhancement Initiative - a program that addresses fundamental core problems that cause individuals to have poor health, such as poverty, education, jobs and transportation.
Through partnerships with the faith-based communities we will assist you in:
- Creating strategic plans
- Identifying the needs of the community
- Developing programs for the needs of the community
- Health Improvement initiatives
- Installing computer technology centers
- Linking your facility with other faith-based partners to share ideas and develop funding streams
- Monthly teleconferencing
- Written quarterly reports
- Partnering with area resources
