Enrollment 

ENROLLMENT CRITERIA AND ELIGIBILITY:

• The mother is pregnant with her first child and beyond her 28^th week of pregnancy
• The mother is pregnant with a second or other subsequent child
• The mother/family has a child less than one year of age
