Mothers who breastfeed:

Breastfed babies have:
• Better immunity
• Fewer infections, including ear infections
• Fewer allergies
• Less diarrhea
• Less risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS)
• Less trips to the hospital for serious illnesses
