Office of Human Resources The Office of Human Resources provides services to both the general public and to the employees of the Oklahoma State Health Department. The various departments of the Office of Human Resources include the following: Benefits and Safety Administers the various employee insurance plans, retirement, FMLA and worker's compensation. Employee Assistance Program Programs offered to employees and their families such as counseling for alcohol and drug use problems, marital problems, emotional distress, and grief or loss issues. Office of Civil Rights Manages the agency's Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity programs, investigates discrimination complaints, and provides civil rights training. Office of Program Integrity Administers the Grievance and Records Retention programs. Personnel Provides the various administrative functions of the Human Resources Department. Recruitment, Retention and Recognition Conducts statewide recruitment, agency retention and employee recognition programs. Also coordinates internships with colleges and universities and administers the agency volunteer program. Training, Education and Development Administers the employee training programs Workforce Planning Workforce planning is having, the right number of people with the right skills working in the right jobs at the right time.
