Honor the Fallen Revolving Fund

Oklahoma Statutes provide for donations to a fund to reimburse toll expenses for funeral processions on Oklahoma turnpikes for Oklahoma Resident veterans killed in the line of duty in a combat zone or who dies of wounds inflicted in a combat zone. The fund is designated the "Honor the Fallen Revolving Fund."

MAKING A DONATION TO THE FUND

To make a donation to the fund, please follow the instructions below:

1. Make a check or money order payable to the STATE OF OKLAHOMA.

2. Reference HONOR THE FALLEN REVOLVING FUND or DECEASED VETERANS DIGNITY ACT on the check or money order or in a brief letter/note attached with the donation.

3. Provide contact information:

a) Name
b) Telephone number
c) Mailing Address
d) Email address (if possible)

4.  Mail to:

• Gift to the State donations are NOT considered tax deductible donations, and
