By Phone - Go Gov! is available by phone during normal business hours. Our phone number is (405) 524-3468 in the Oklahoma City metro area or toll-free at (800) 955-3468. If a representative is not available to take phone calls, callers have the option of leaving a voicemail. The call will be returned the same day, unless received after hours, in which case the call will be returned the next business day.

E-mail - All e-mails sent to cms@www.ok.gov will be answered within 1-2 business days of being received. If further information is needed in order to process the request, the e-mail sender will be instructed to call during our office hours so that we can further assist them.

Emergency Situations - If there is an emergency situation after hours that requires immediate attention, we have established a notification system for such cases. Please call (405) 524-3468 ext. 150, and leave a message that indicates the nature of your emergency and your contact information. Your call will be returned within 1 hour.
