Updates to Go Gov!

The Online Registry System is now available! (This module will be provided at a cost of $500 (+) $1 per online payment transaction.) Online Registry allows your visitors to register online for events such as training courses, expos, and seminars. This System also enables you to collect payments associated with the event. It utilizes the existing calendar system to display and organize the events to the public, but has a separate management tool to manage the courses, registrations and payments. Some key features are:

  • View event roster
  • Allow users to cancel their registration
  • Export registration data collected from each event

If you are interested in the Online Registry System, please call or email us, and we will get you signed up and trained to use the system.

  • Site Manager has a new look and feel. The sort order of directories and links has been updated to operate properly. Previously, directories and links would jump up or down more than one spot when being sorted. As a result of this update, directories and links are now listed separately from pages.

  • Inserting an image into the design area of a Web page just got easier. The text editor has new updates regarding inserting images:

When images are inserted into a Web page, the listing of images that have been uploaded into the Image Manager now appear in a more user friendly way:

First, Image Folders are listed in alphabetical order
Below that, Individual Images are listed in alphabetical order

Hints: To see images inside a folder, just click on the folder and the image will appear. If no image folders have been created within the Image Manager, then individual images will be all that appear.

  • In the Image Manager, images can now be uploaded directly into image folders.

  • The Text Editor (Ephox) has just been updated to the newest version. Some of the editing features may be slightly different.

  • The Point of Sale System now accepts “.to” E-mail addresses.

  • The URL field seen when adding an event to the calendar now accepts up to 1,074 characters.

  • Contact Forms” that a public user can send by clicking on the “Contact” link, now displays a bold red message stating that an E-mail address is required to receive responses.

  • In the Notifications System, an update was made to enable you to receive bounceback emails received as a result of invalid email addresses. The bouncebacks are sent to the email address you put into the “From email” field on the “Sent Notification” form.
