RSS Feeds Module now Available!

Do you want to work smarter not harder?  Of course, who doesn't?   Well, now you can!  By allowing viewers to automatically receive your Web site updates, you'll have time to focus on the more important things.....like world peace.  Provide them with the most up-to-date information from your Web site by allowing them to subscribe to the feeds you've created through your RSS Module.  Teasing your viewers with tidbits of content from your Web site, by giving them a snippet of information about the topics that interest them, is just the beginning.  RSS Feeds solves the problem for improving your site’s visibility by making it easier for your viewers to keep up with your site updates.  For people who regularly use the web, it allows them to save time by eliminating the need to search for the updated information they want to keep up with.  It also ensures their privacy by eliminating the need to join an email newsletter.  The number of sites offering RSS feeds is growing rapidly, and we're so excited to be able to offer this feature to our CMS account holders.

Below is a comprehensive list of features/options that have been incorporated into our RSS Feeds Module.

• RSS Feeds encompass topics that can either be assigned as "Automatic Feeds" or users can create a hot topic "Custom Feed."  
  
• The three areas of your account that you will have an option to assign automatic feeds are:
  1. Calendar
  2. FAQs
  3. Last Modified Pages
     
• Both automatic and custom feeds can be set to an "active" or "inactive" status.
  
• Use the custom feeds option to create feeds for any area of your site. 
  
• If your custom feed happens to be a "News" Feed, you will have an option to post it onto the portal's Statewide Newsroom Page.
