Go Gov! Updates
New Features!
- The Form Builder Module has recently had an overhaul! A substantial amount of new features have been incorporated into this utility. In fact, we've incorporated so many added enhancements to this module, that we couldn't list them all on this one page. Below are some of the key updates that were made:
- Ability to collect sensitive information with masked validation
- Data is now encrypted
- Approval process has been put in place to ensure forms are compliant
- Submitted Data can be included in the body of the notification email
- Multiple notification email addresses can be assigned
- Enhanced sort features
- Additional question types added

- Documents from the Document Manager repository can now be included in the Site Index entries that appear to the public. The option to add documents can be found in the Site Index area. Site Index is a free "add-on" feature. If you are interested in using this module in your WMS account, let us know and we'll activate it for you.
- Admin users will notice that the default "ADMIN Group" of the account can no longer be edited. This update was put in place in an effort to reduce the amount of inquiries regarding Administrative users not seeing all items associated with the account.
- Pagination has been incorporated into the Document, Image, and Multimedia Manager areas to help users "de-clutter" their files that might have grown into extensive lists. If you would rather not scroll through pages of files, you'll also find a "View All" option to see all the files in a particular area on one page.
- Email addresses are now encrypted to help eliminate the possibility of receiving "spam mail" from your Web site. To see the encryption of an email link on your site, highlight the text and view the source.
- In recent months the amount of Go Gov! users has grown significantly. We now have over 700 users operating in our Web Management System. Woot! Woot! With the augmentation of user traffic, we have updated the Web Management Support Group contact information to ensure Go Gov! users receive continued customer service and technical support in a timely manner.

Bug Fixes
- We've extended the max character limit of the URL field for links that are created in the Site Manger area. Previously, if a URL was used that exceeded the max character limit, the fields were erased with no error message explanation. Now, the max character limit for this field is 1,000.
- The spelling of "It's" has been updated to be "Its" in the precautionary message found in both the Manage Groups area and on the pop-up precautionary window that displays when this option is enabled.
- The submission list that was put in place in an effort to filter 'spam' email being sent via the Contact Form has been removed since the inclusion of the Verification Code Utility.
- The Registration System was not sending the "additional email comments" added to the registration event details if users registered in one browser and opened their confirmation link in another browser. The update allows the use of multiple browser use for a single event.
Newly Launched Sites!

In fact, did you know that 95% of all WMS updates made were originally requested by users just like yourself? Feel free to contact us to "plant the seed" for any new features or updates you would like to see incorporated to existing features.
